Live Feed from the 2009 Figure Skating National Championship

There are so many sports out there that people, like myself, that playing them all would be an monumnetal feat so we end up enjoying them from the sideline. Not so bad in my opinion; not sure if the old knees could take the bumps and bruises of learning a new sport.

A while back I got troduced to artistic figure skating through a friend and since then I have had to the pleasure to meet many great local skaters. And tonight is a great chance to watch them live via a streaming feed provided through USARollerSports.org.

One of the skaters I am looking forward to watching is Kylee Berger. Kylee is a great skater and for being so young she accumulated a large list of accomplishments. Here are just a few:

- Team USA Sport Accomplishments: Team member from 2004-2007
- Regional Champion in all events 2001-2007.

Pretty impressive and if you are around a computer watch Kylee skate her Short Program at &:15 PST.

The 2009 Figure Skating National Championship goes on all week and end on 8/9/2009. I have been watching the live feed most of the day and it is one of the best I’ve seen. Capturing a fast moving skater is tough enough without the added factor of streaming that video on the internet. Well I am off to check stuff out.

Just received word that Kylee is doing very well after the short program. Won’t say where Kylee stands as I don’t want to jinx her. Good luck in the long program!
